Maître Olivier Perez a d'abord complété son baccalauréat en droit (LL.B.) et a par la suite obtenu son diplôme de droit notarial (D.D.N.) de l'Université de Montréal. Il a été inscrit au Tableau de l’Ordre de la Chambre des notaires du Québec suite à un stage d'une durée de 8 mois. Désirant approfondir ses connaissances et son champ d'expertise, Me Olivier Perez a également complété l'accréditation sur les régimes de protection (procédures devant notaire) auprès de la Chambre des notaires du Québec. 

Me Olivier Perez a de plus étudié en relations humaines à l'Université Concordia où il a complété une année académique avant de commencer son baccalauréat en droit. Il est membre de la Golden Key International Honour Society. Cet honneur est décerné seulement par invitation aux meilleurs 15% des étudiants d'une faculté donnée.

​​Mtre Olivier Perez completed his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), and has then obtained his Notarial Law Degree (D.D.N.) from the University of Montreal. He was sworn in the Roll of Order of the Quebec Chamber of notaries (Tableau de l’Ordre de la Chambre des notaires du Québec) after an internship that lasted 8 months. Wishing to deepen his knowledge and his field of expertise, Mtre Olivier Perez furthermore completed the accreditation on the protective supervision institutions (proceedings before notary) within the Quebec Chamber of notaries.

Mtre Olivier Perez has studied as well at Concordia University in Human Relations where he completed an academic year before starting his Bachelor of Laws degree. He is a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society. This honour is offered by invitation only to the top 15% of students in a given faculty.
